Our virtual learning centre environment supports continuous learning through:

  1. People – peer support groups, past participants, Coaches, superiors, stakeholders with adequate level of networking from and with each other
  2. Resources – Online tools to connect – learn and transform while working. Tools, templates and relevant support material.
  3. Practices – Shared best practices and a learning culture where talent development is supported and encouraged.
  4. Experiential learning – action reflection learning, role plays, coaching and research into innovation and transformation.
  5. Self-directed learning – building a culture to take ownership to learn and fit their roles and responsibilities without depending to be directed to learn to close performance gaps.

Our mission is to coach and develop Internal Auditors & Risk Managers to improve their confidence & competence to fit roles and deliver improved productivity, performance and results.
